The hotel's decoration was lovely, with bright and vibrant colors that brought a cheerful atmosphere. The general areas were well-kept and clean, making it easy to navigate for senior people. The staff, especially the young ones working there, were always polite and helpful, making sure that everything was comfortable and accessible for us.

I would have liked to see more activities or entertainment options specifically tailored for senior people.

I've had apartment with the most sunshine and a large balcony, for example. Found a shower, hair dryers and bath sheets in the bathroom. It was ideal near Sea. I asked helpful stuff about everything need...

The place was nice and close to the beach.

The apartments are in a great location, very close to the beach and with stunning views. the rooms are spacious and well-equipped with a kitchen, coffee maker, and a large fridge. the balconies are also a plus, with a table and chairs as well as sun loungers. the staff are friendly and accommodating, providing complimentary wine and bread rolls every day.

The wifi service is very poor, with limited free internet and expensive charges after that.

We had a fairly nice stay in Playa del Ingles right by beach and shops as well as shopping center, beach and restaurants.
